Shipping + Returns

We only accept exchanges (no refunds) for up to 7 days after receipt of your purchase. Please contact Customer Service using the support tab or email before sending out your item(s).

Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, and with the hang tags still attached.  Attached with your item(s) please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the items are being exchanged.

You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchanges.  We also recommend that you insure the product that you are shipping, Green Life Clothing is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.

Received wrong item (size, color, etc.) or damaged Items:

If your order was received, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 4 business days upon receiving. We will then send you a pre-paid return label for the return. Once the return is received, the correct and complete items will be shipped.
